Interview
I was contacted by the recruiter on LinkedIn. First there was a brief phone interview with the recruiter. Next I took a personality assessment and SAT type quiz. Then I interviewed 1 on 1 with the recruiter, then later interviewed with 2 supervisors of the department. The final step was a background/drug test. The whole process took about a month. Although I received an offer in early March, the company only has one start date which I had missed, so I did not begin working until the next month. I really enjoyed working with the recruiting team, particularly Amy. She was very helpful and always willing to answer any questions about the position.

Interview
There was an online test that was fairly easy, but timed. After that there was a basic phone interview just talking about the different points on my resume. Then I re-took the online test in the office to verify my results. After that I had a formal face to face interview with two staff members. Things went very quickly, from start to finish (applying online to job offer) it took only about a week and a half, maybe two weeks.
