Interview
I filled out the application on their website. An HR representative contacted me and asked me to do an assessment that evaluated intelligence and personality. An HR rep asked for a phone interview. At the end of the phone interview, I was instructed to come to the campus and complete the intelligence assessment again for confirmation. After that, I was given an interview with the QA Team Lead. A few days later I was offered the job. The entire process, from submitting the application to offer to acceptance, was less than 3 weeks.

The questions were not that difficult. I suppose "Are you comfortable dealing with ambiguity?" was the most difficult. That is definitely an important question to consider before working at Advicent. This is not a hold-your-hand kind of environment.

Interview
I found out about Advicent from a friend who works here. He referred me to a hiring manager, and I began a conversation about what opportunities exist at Advicent. After a few back-and-forth messages on linkedin, I decided on an opening to pursue. The application process took about a month, and involved two assessment tests, one phone interview, and one in-person interview. The hiring manager was very accessible throughout the process and answered all of my questions thoroughly and promptly. Though it took a little longer than I had hoped to go through the all the steps in getting hired, it was a fairly straight-forward endeavor.
