Interview
Phone interview with a recruiter, personality test, then a 15 minute exam for your analytical thinking. If you pass they have you come into the office (or via Skype) and take the same analytical thinking exam. If you pass again, you have a face to face interview with the hiring manager.

Had to take a very difficult test from home. Had to retake a portion of the test again at the office. Originally applied for a software developer role. Was told to take a marker and write code on the board as an interview, followed by a few short questions where it was then suggested that I try quality assurance, which i did.
