Interview
First was a call from recruiting with a standard 15-20 minutes to get to know you a little bit more, understand your background and resume a little more. If they feel like they want to know you a little more, they will send an assessment for you to complete on your own. If you do well on that, they bring you into the office to do it again so they can make sure you didn't cheat the first time. If you pass again, then you are invited for your only interview. They leave you sitting in a room for 20 minutes until they come in, and ask standard questions for 45 minutes or so (tell me about your background, strengths/weaknesses, etc...) They also told me I had to give a "presentation about myself", which I thought was strange because that's essentially what an interview is.
