I had a great experience with the Advicent Team. Their recruiter was professional, supportive and easy to contact. All questions I had through the process were quickly and efficiently answered. The sales managers I met with were all people that I could see myself working with and the atmosphere of the office made it feel like a place I would enjoy going to every day. The steps I went through to get the job were as follows: 1) Phone interview with Hiring manager 2) Online Exam 3) Phone interview with a manager 4) Online exam Validation (Go into the office to prove you actually knew the answers to the exam) 5) In-person Interview with the Sales Managers where you give a sales presentation. In this presentation you tell the managers three things; Why Advicent, Why you, and what you plan to do in the first 90-180 days. After the presentation there is a traditional back and fourth of questions from the multiple people you meet with.
