Interview
Three round of online interviews were scheduled. Overall, the rounds consisted of conversations of two people from the team. The conversations were nice and focused on the fit between me as a person and Adyen as a company.
Unfortunately, contact with Adyen's recruitment team was unprofessional. Adyen does not live up to one of its core values; 'We don't hide behind email, instead we pick up the phone' at all. First of all, the recruitment team does not even list a phone number to reach out to. Second, after making it to the third round I received a standard denial email without any feedback. Lastly, after reaching out to Recruitment by mail asking for feedback I did not receive any response.
