I was referred for the role by a recruiter and was asked for an interview. The interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to. She said she would get back to me the next day with an update on a specific thing but neither her nor anyone from the company got back. I followed up twice and no response. This sort of unprofessionalism was not expected from a company like this.
