A recruiter reached out to me to set up an interview and during the interview the hiring manager was texting. At the end of the interview she said she was unsure and would sleep on her decision. I received an incredibly brutal rejection letter about how I rambled and they couldn't keep their attention. I did not ramble and they already weren't paying attention by texting.
