Interview
I went through 2 rounds of interviews, 1 with the recruiter and 1 with the hiring manager in a short period of time. Both went fine in my opinion, or at least that is the feeling I had at the time. However, after that they ghosted my completely. I even followed up to see if they need additional information, but still nothing. Its a very unprofessional and weird way to handle things - this is not the dating world. To me it just shows they do not hold up to their values.
