The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Adyen (Amsterdam) in Sep 2024
Interview
Adyen's employee has reached out to me regarding a position I might be interested in. I was, and then we had a quick 30-minutes chat to talk about adyen, about the role and how my experience might fit into it. It was a normal, adequate dialogue. Then, I had a cultural fit interview with the team, and we discussed adyen, position itself, adyen formula, and how I understand it. The team was collaborative, we had a great chat.

Interview
Too many stages (6) for an average salary. Quite fast to receive feedback. Technical interview was with junior data analysts who have no idea what questions to ask and how to ask such as “how did you feel when writing this code?” “what are the pros and cons of using this line word in your code?”.

6 rounds of interviews with various departments. Got a case study that needed at least 5-6 hours of effort before even speaking to anyone. Did not proceed. Have to present the case study thereafter to a panel. Singapore office
The 4th interview was cancelled on the last minute with an automatic rejection mail. I would assume at least a personalized rejection mail after weeks of process and 3 hour long coding exams.
