Question 1
They asked if you see yourself in the role that they are recruiting for based on your past job experiences and future goals.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Aecon (Vancouver, BC) in Mar 2024
Interview
Laid back, very casual. A lot of information about the company was provided. At the end of the call there were no questions left un answered. Between the initial interview ans signing the offer letter took a bit of time, it was a little stressful waiting to finalize employment.
