I applied online and a couple of weeks later I received a phone call asking to set up an interview. The interview was very relaxed and casual with questions and a tour of the facility.
Aegis had a simple interview with generalized questions about schedule availability and pay rate expectations. They asked a few questions about experience and mostly explained their company. There was minimal pressure and the company was open to negotiate.
Very casual and laid back interview. Conversation was more focused on my experiences and needs rather than formal interview questions. The DOR was very helpful and focused on building a good team environment. She seemed like a very supportive and understanding DOR.
