I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aegis Therapies (Saint Cloud, MN) in Jun 2018
Interview
The interview was casual and informal. I met with 2 people which allowed both parties to ask questions. They provided a tour of the facility and a job description. The clinic was in need of a therapist badly. Aegis has a bad reputation.
Easy hiring process, easy to get an interview call. HR process was also easy, helpful staff. First one needs to get in touch with the recruiter and then after one talks to the company recruiter, one has to do an onsite interview and then complete the hiring process with HR.
