I applied for the interview through a local college website, and was contacted by an intern coordinator to set up an interview. I interviews with three people, my direct supervisor, their supervisor, and another coworker. The direct supervisor seemed very nervous during the interview, so it was difficult to make eye contact during the process. However, everyone was incredibly nice and welcoming. They asked questions about my school studies, what I anticipated from the internship, and my work ethic.

The interview process consisted of two rounds, including one phone call and two Teams meetings. I first spoke with other analysts before meeting with the managers of the equity and debt groups.
this process has two different interviews. One with HR one with the team. First one is about you and your CV and the other are the typical questions that you can expect in an interview
Quiet chill, manager was nice and explained how the work was done, both english and mandarin required, nice office view and location, colleagues were nice, work was manageable, translation skills highly required
