There was no interview process! I applied to a Talent Acquisition opportunity and received a call to which I was not by my phone at the time. Subsequently, I received an email thanking me for my interest but as they tried calling me and I didn’t answer, they will be moving on with other candidates! Then saying basically, thanks, anyway. What sort of talent acquisition “process” is that, that the recruiter or whomever cannot leave a message? Was I supposed to be tied to my phone in the event they called? They could’ve even given a heads up that they would be calling me at a certain day and time. If I’m not working for the company now and that’s the attitude what would it be like if I was hired? Absolutely appalling process and I suspect with that process, the culture can’t be much better.
