-Candidate Ghosted- The application commenced in April 2021. The onsite recruiter was professional and polite and helpful. However the engagement and interview process was laborious and slow. Interview dates were changed repeatedly by AEGON. June 2021: After the initial screening process I finally managed to undertake a 'panel' interview which lasted 90 mins. And then nothing. No feedback or response whatsoever other than an insensitive automated email of regret. Aug 2021: Despite chasing for feedback I was ultimately ghosted.
