They demanded a CV and cover letter. I was invited to do an interview and was given 5 days to complete a couple online tests. If you pass, the interview goes on as scheduled. If you fail one of them, the interview in cancelled. One was a corporate culture/personality compatability test. This test asked 161 question with various prompts and 5 possible responses ranging from "strongly disagree" to "strongly agree" with the above statement. The second was an analytical exam with three sections: "Verbal", "Numerical", and "Abstract".
