Quite casual, I sat and chatted with a recruiter as they were hiring a lot of support officers because of a recent system update which was causing issues for customers. Asked me about myself, my phone manner, whether this was the job I was most interested in applying to versus reception (which caught me out and I didn't appreciate because once I answered the interviewer made it seem like I wasn't committed to the job)
