HR interview very well defined . There’s a profile mapping test where you need to answer multiple questions about logic , text interpretation, etc and the result gives you an amazing explanation about your personality - super helpful not only for the interview itself but also for self knowledge. The tech interview was amazing as well . Software engineers really well prepared, with good questions , precise information and kindness. I got approved in the process but didn’t accept the offer because I got approved also to a different position in Amsterdam that looked better for me . But I definitely got a great first impression about AEGON based on the recruiting process
