The interview itself went well, the panel was professional, asked a lot of great questions, however, the follow up was non existent, delayed, and unprofessional. I had to be persistent, otherwise I am confident that I would never hear back. I was even asked to interview for another position, but the recruiter stopped responding entirely. They also do not choose candidates based on the right fit or right experience, but purely off of impressions. So, if you are interviewing for Aerotek, it doesn't matter if you have 10+ years of experience, management experience, years of proven success in exceeding multimillion dollar sales quotas, if you don't make an incredible first impression, you won't be offered a position.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aerotek (Waterloo, ON) in May 2021
Interview
The phone interview is the first step, and if you are selected, they will follow up and send an email or call you again. After you hand in your resume, it won't be a long time before they contact you, so you shouldn't wait a long time before the first phone call interview.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aerotek in Jan 2010
Interview
I was appalled by the process, the person interviewing me was pushy, rude and protrayed the company in a bad light. I left the interview knowing I had absolutely no desire to work for the company.
