Aerotek Internship interview questions

Previous getting to know each other phone call. Phone interview with basic interview questions. A decision was made after that interview. There was no face to face interview. I feel that would have made the interview process a more positive one. Phone interviews do not really reflect the person being interviewed well. I believe I would have had a better shot if I would have been interviewed in person.

Multi-step interview process. First over the phone, then a video conference interview, and finally on site interview with the director as well as 2 sales managers. Most of the time on site was spent shadowing recruiters
