I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Aerotek (Kirkland, WA) in Sep 2012
Interview
Interview process consisted of a phone call with behavioral (non-STAR) interview questions. Afterwards, an appointment was set to take an examination testing basic mathematics, social reaction, and aptitude. After scoring, they gave their decision to hire. The examination was with a classroom-sized portion of applicants. Drug test was also necessary.

Question 1
How many boxes are left if you remove a 45 from 64.
Pretty straight forward. Took about 2 weeks to be hired. There was about 2 phone interviews and 1 in person interview for the job. I had to do another interview with the company who was going to hire me.
Easy interview. More of a casual conversation than getting grilled with tricky questions. Just asks about work history, what your hour preferences are, what kind of job you'd be skilled at etc.
The interview process was simple. They just wanted to me to tell them about myself and to find what type of career best fits me so they can place me to work.
