I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aerotek (Deerfield, IL) in Aug 2016
Interview
Applied online for the position. Within a few days I received an initial call asking me a little bit about myself and letting me know about the position. After the initial call I was scheduled for a more formal call which (with the same woman). The questions in the second phone call dealt a lot with behavioral tendencies (ex. What motivates you etc...) After moving on from the call I was scheduled for an interview at the Deerfield office. I met with two of the top office executives and they asked many behavioral questions as well. One of the questions an applicant NEEDS to be ready to answer is "Why sales?" Be prepared to answer that convincingly. I made it past the first interview to the half-day shadow (my favorite part of the whole process.) First I had a brief interview with another top office executive, he asked similar questions and then brought me to the first recruiter I would be shadowing. He was super friendly and answered all of my questions with honest, in-depth answers. I sat with both and then finished up with an account manager and then was told I would be contacted in a few days. I interviewed on Tuesday and heard back Friday.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek (Torrance, CA) in Nov 2019
Interview
1 initial phone screen, 1 behavioral phone interview, 1 in-office interview. Interviewers were nice and informed me I have great qualifications, but I still didn't get the job. The hiring decision is rather subjective. I guess it depends more on whether the interviewer likes you than whether you are qualified for the position.

Question 1
How is your performance measured in your last job?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2019
Interview
Phone screen, in person interview with 2 managers, half day. First had a behavioral question phone screen with a recruiter for about 30 minutes, from there she set me up for a panel interview with 2 managers/directors. That interview was more in depth and asked a lot of hard behavioral type questions- they are really looking for someone with a lot of drive. After that there is a half day where you sit with several recruiters- bring a notebook and pen to take notes on and make sure you keep your phone away and you will be good for that one.

Since I am interviewing for a position in a state that I do not live in, my first two interviews were over Skype. The next two interviews will have to be in person.
