Interview
Starts with a conversational phone screening. Then an in person interview with both directors that lasted about 2 hrs (pretty intense and ask about your experiences all the way back to high school). The last step is a 3 hr shadow where you meet a few members of the team and learn more about the day-to-day tasks you would be doing as a recruiter. After the shadowing, there is a final interview which is more about how you feel about the company after shadowing a few recruiters. I was given an offer within a few hours after my final interview.
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
