I was initially called by an internal recruiter and set up another time to talk in more detail. She called me back a few days later, asked me a few questions about my interests, why recruiting, where I wanted to live, etc. I was immediately asked to complete an in person interview and scheduled that for the next week. I had a one on one interview with one of the sales executives because the branch manager, who I was originally supposed to interview with, was unavailable (I was notified beforehand that this may happen). We talked for 45-60 mins. Mainly behavioral based questions (think STAR method) and a little bit about myself, my experiences in college, leadership positions, etc. He showed me around the office a little and immediately told me I would be advancing to the next step, a half day shadow. The half day lasted around 3 hours, I sat with 2 different recruiters, they discussed their day to day with me a bit, showed me around the office, and allowed me to ask questions. I then had an interview that lasted about 45 minutes with the branch manager and two account executives. Again, very behavioral based, but more based around recruiting and sales. I was told I would hear back by the end of the day Monday (interviewed on a Thursday). They called Monday morning with an offer.
