For a company whose sole mission is to provide feedback, they need to really look into taking feedback into consideration. As a whole, my two phone screens with this company went well and felt confident going into the in-person interview. I was originally scheduled to meet with two managers/directors but once I had arrived for my interview it was two account managers instead. Once I got into the interview and it started going well until one of the interviewers blatantly stated you are not a good fit for this company and you would be better at _____, after only asking a few situational questions. This I felt was extremely discriminatory and a premature determination of my standings regarding the process. No questions were asked about my experience during this interview only situational and behavioral type questions. I called my original recruiter to provide some feedback on the interview and how it went and she didn't seem to care much about how I was treated in the in-person interview. I declined to carry on with the process even if I advanced because this isn't a company I would want to work for after my experience interviewing. I suggest Aerotek use "feedback" they preach on giving and receiving and re-evaluate the morals and ethics of the company and rethink who they hire. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone and, I hope that they change their practices before they start receiving claims from the EEOC based upon their unethical and discriminatory actions.
