Interview
Trying to hire me for another company. Suggested things to point out to other employer. Then interview with the employer. Never heard back from Aerotek even after I contacted them several times. Very poor customer service, would not try to get a position through them again.
Relatively easy. One in person interview and a couple hours of shadowing. After that you would have an off site meeting with other account managers or recruiters before an offer was made.
Internal interview with leadership mostly other AMs. They basically interview you to see if you have what it takes to be an AM and push through hard/challenging times. After that, you get an offer or you dont.

Had a phone screen, in person meeting, lunch and another in person meetings. These all happened within two weeks. It was a semi-formal meeting. Everyone seemed to enjoy the conversation. They really do care about their business and the people they are hiring.
