Interview
Sent in my resume then received an email and then a video call interview which lasted about 30 minutes. I was to then have a phone interview with the "client". All went well and I was to receive an interview call with the team lead from the home office, which I did. In that call the woman told me she was late calling me because she couldn't read my telephone number. I was concerned about this because when I was sent the information to prepare for this interview the contact from Aerotek sent me what was to be my resume on their letterhead. As it turned out, it was someone completely different, their contact info and work history. I talked to the person at Aerotek about this mistake and asked her if this had been sent to the "client". She said it had not. Well, later someone called my past employer looking for a work reference for that same person whose resume they had confused with mine. I never heard from them again as I'm sure I didn't get the position, but I hate to think this goes on all the time with Aerotek in Tampa, FL

Pretty easy, we went over my resume and the asked about my past experience and why I had left my other job. About 3 hours later I got a call saying I got the job
