Interview
Awful. The recruiter did not contact me back or keep me in the loop through the entire process. She was very spacey and did not seem organized at all. I did not feel important to the company. In-person interview the employees seemed uninterested and like they have better things to do with their time. Seems like a joke of a company. Ended with no offer after repeated methods to try and contact the recruiter. When going for the in-person interview, she had said she would send me materials to review and did not send them until night before interview.
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
