I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aerotek (Lenexa, KS) in Feb 2011
Interview
Applied online and was put in contact with a recruiter. Had what could now be called a "phone screen" in which they asked me what I knew about the company (Get used to that question bc everyone will ask it). Went to the 1 on 1 interview in which I was presented with more info about the company payscale, more detail about the life of a recruiter etc. After that met with an account manager who asked a lot of behavioral questions. The second interview was a half day job shadow. Sat with a few recuiters and got to pick their brain as to what they do, company lingo, etc. Met with another account manager who expected me to relay all that I absorbed in the few hours I was there. Went back the next week and met with another account manager who asked me what I knew so far and a few more behavioral questions were thrown at me. Overall, that interview went well, just waiting to see if I make it to the final round of interviews. I'm pretty confident I will be moving on,the waiting is the most nerve wrecking part.
Office: standard cubicle type setting, everyone has a company laptop.
People: very young and attractive group
Company culture: make as much $$$ as possible, which isn't a bad thing!
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
