Interview
Strange but informative, interview process of meeting every single account manager in the office. Most look for you, the prospective employee, to ask questions. But, after manic repetition the process becomes boring and useless very quickly. Some managers were very informative and helped understand the daily job functions, commission structure, and what is expected of you. For some managers, it was more of a chore to sit there and it was obvious they wanted no part of the interview process but were forced to give you a few minutes of their time. There are only so many questions to ask a recruiting firm, before you get the job itself. So by the time you get to the eighth or ninth interview of the day, without even being offered a glass of water after talking your head off all morning, you end up looking like a non-inquisitive dunce. Everything possible has been answered and you would really just like to get started.
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.
