I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aerotek (New York, NY) in Jan 2016
Interview
Phone interview. Difficult behavioral questions, some that were too personal and hard to answer. About an hour long. Then a few days later an in-person interview with two interviewers. Everyone was very kind, but very pushy with questions. Lasted about an hour. Offered a half day shadow but declined at this point. I felt very uncomfortable and that it would be a difficult environment competing with everyone around you and people being out for themselves.
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.
