Aerotek Lab Technician interview questions

The recruiter called me on the phone to set up a phone interview. Once she called me back for the interview we talked about 30 minutes about my qualifications and whether I am okay with 60 hours since I will be working at a startup plant.

I am currently in college and was looking for a job and I was advised by my colleague to check out Aerotek's website. There I came across a job posting about a lab technician position that payed $12/hr, so I applied. Keep in mind that I had no idea that Aerotek was a staffing agency. But the process didn't take long, it took about a week for me to receive a call from Hector Hidalgo and we had a phone interview, then he informed me that he would like for me to come in and have an in person interview so we could talk about the position more. When I got there, I was greeted by Hector and he kept a positive attitude throughout the whole process. When I had mentioned that I didn't know what Aerotek was or what they really did he gave me an in depth description on who they were, what they stood for and what type of hiring they did. He really knew what he was talking about when it came tot the position that I had applied for, and one question he kept asking me was how would I keep myself motivated when I went to school during the day ( since the position I applied for was an overnight position). I gave him my answer and he would take notes of what I said and he really listened to my responses. He even took the time out of his day to ask about what I enjoyed doing on my free time and really connected with me as a person. After the interview when I got home, I received a follow up call from Hector expressing how he felt about our interview and offered me an intern position, he even mentioned that it would work better with my school schedule. That really meant something, because he took the time to look at my schedule and talk it over with his superior and find me something that works with my schedule. I have worked here since February 2018 and I enjoyed every second.
