I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Aetna (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Very straightforward and to the point. Asked management style and strengths and weaknesses. I thought the interviewers were all very nice and accommodating. They do not try to pressure you. They just want to get to know more about you and how you work and if you fit the team culture.
Interviewed for a department that no longer exists. Inital screener with recruiter. Then another two phone interviews consultants. Final phone interview with head of department. Call was ended short because he was called into another meeting. Not sure if this would be relevant. Just adding a review for a chance to win a prize
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aetna (Cranbury, NJ) in Dec 2011
Interview
The interview was in person with a supervisor and department manager. The questions were fairly general, but pertained to the position such as how did you handle a customer's problem in the past.
