I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Affiliated Engineers, Inc in Jan 2017
Interview
I had a phone interview with a recruiter and from there it moved to an in person interview. The in person interview was pretty unorganized and most of the people were late to the meeting. It really wasn't clear what my job responsibilities would be if I had the job.
The interview was really technical and I felt like they did ask me a lot of good questions about my job experience.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Affiliated Engineers, Inc (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Tough HR screening, formal interview, and in person interview. HR interview was great but the formal interview with the Principals were horrible. My impression is that they see you as a number and what you can do for them rather than getting to know your skills and your personality fit for the team. Plus they make you feel less important if you are not proficient in Revit and my Revit skills are about an 8/10 not a 10/10 in which they expect.
