First had a phone interview with someone who was walking on the street and didn't have my resume in front of them. I was asked to come in the next day and interview with two people and a third who "popped in" randomly, in what seemed to be an arranged encounter. There were a few details missing on the ins and outs of the role, the logistics of the operation, the day to day operation, and most of all the salary. One interviewer was extremely conservative--both personally and politically--and didn't want to budge. While all admitted they were impressed with my background, they said they'd have to talk about adding an extra 10% to the salary range of the role. I never heard back.
