Interview
Two phone interviews and two in-office meetings.
Phone interviews were conducted by an Affinity employee with a very limited scope of where to take the conversation.
In-person interview with founder who is not at all a business professional but an engineer. He struggled with conversation. They asked me what I thought of their product repeatedly.
The second in-person interview was a 4 person panel meeting. I was not impressed by anyone with whom I met.
