Phone screen with recruiter, Python coding exercise, In-house interview with 5 people. In house interview consisted of general questions about experience and white board / brain teaser questions. One of the interviewers didn't even know the proper title for the level I was interviewing for. The hiring manager was scheduled last in the day and never showed up. Finally after 20 minutes of sitting around I found the recruiter and was told that he was detained.
If you're going to ask candidates to take time off of work at least make sure the team has prepared for the interview and everyone is going to show up.

Interview
Had an HR screen, then SQL test, a take-home case and then virtual on-site and met with 5-6 people in that last round. Most interviews were reasonable, but last virtual on-site was little curve ball, HR told me to expect mostly behavioral questions and they had interview topic set up for each interview. However, it didn't really follow that. I received a verbal offer and then got rescinded for ridiculous reason. Felt very disrespected.
