I applied online, first round was a phone screen with HR and second round was a technical phone screen. Technical screen was awkward since the person I spoke to did not seem to know a lot about business oriented projects.

Pretty straightforward. Had to complete 5 exercises, one focused on financials, other focus on emotional intelligence, and other typical GMAT exams. Would recommend anyone to prepare for this interview as they were not easy at all.
