I had a great experience during my interview process! The interview process took a total of 2-3 weeks. It included 5 interviews and a take home assignment.
The interview process was streamlined and the recruiter was always fast to respond. Everyone you speak with is open to answering questions and it really allows you to understand Affirm and it's culture.
Also due to my schedule, they were extremely flexible and able to accommodate me.

Everyone I met with during the interview process was incredibly warm, which made the experience much less nerve-racking.
The process was in-depth: an initial meeting with a recruiter, four interviews with senior team members, and a strategic prospecting presentation. This ultimately increased my trust in the company, as it’s clear they take pride in building their team thoughtfully and with care.

Amazing interview experience! It is a lengthy process, but very worth it because you meet with many members of the team and really get to see the culture of the company. Whole process included 2 phone interviews and a panel interview where I met 6 employees through zoom.
