I had an extremely positive candidate experience with Affirm. The recruiting team made me feel welcomed, answered any questions I had, communicated with me often around interview details, checked in on how I was doing regularly, and worked with my schedule to align the interviews The overall process was around 5/6 weeks and some of that was due to some changes around the role and understandable Process: -intro call with the recruiter -interview with hiring manager -1 day, 4 interviews with direct people team members -1 day, 4 interviews with manager's manager and cross partners -review call with recruiter I felt all of the interviews were setup with intention and each person had a variety of questions to cover many aspects of the job (I really appreciated that there wasn't a trend of the same question multiple times). The interviewers were transparent and open about any questions I asked and made Affirm feel like a very collaborative environment.
