HR Interview: - Couldn't figure out how to call my phone. Seriously. - Set up a Zoom call and she couldn't figure out how to start it. - Interview finally started 15 minutes late. - Rapid-fire questions that she very clearly did not understand, much less understanding my answers. Hiring Manager call: - Spent first 10 minutes reading and rephrasing the job description. I couldn't get a word in sideways. - Seemed friendly and with some technical background, but possibly inexperienced in management. Was promised next steps, and was promptly ghosted. Weeks later, still no movement or even rejection. Unprofessional.
