Applied online. Interview process took 4 weeks. This is one of the most negative interview experience I had in a long time. So I passed the first round - a hiring manager interview, and was moved on to a take home case study. The HR messed up and sent a completed version that someone else did (which I deleted immediately after receiving). After discussing with the HM, the hiring team decided to add another round of live case, which took an additional week of time to schedule and take. So i did two case studies, and interviewed one more round than everyone else due to an HR mistake. I was very corporative during this whole process, and did the live case very well (As in, the interviewer literally said "you can obviously model well. You'll get update very soon regarding next steps" and I can tell that he was impressed). After a week, I received the notice that since someone else interviewed a bit earlier than I did, the offer was already given. The thing is, my interview processed was delayed FULLY because of a mistake that the hiring team has made, and I did very well on my part. None of this was my fault but I was not even given a chance of the last round (which I would've really appreciated).
