Organized, consistent, communicative, kind, attentive to the candidate, and accommodating to schedules. The recruiting team and interview panel worked as a cohesive unit, managed expectations and exceeded them at times. This was one of the best interview processes I’ve experienced from the technology used, proactive communication, support, consistency in upholding conversations, and speed to offer once all interviews were completed.

Interview
Typical process with an initial screening interview with the recruiter after which I was invited to a 45-minute 1:1 with the hiring manager. Within a few days, they invited me to a final ~3 hour panel interview consisting of 30-minute 1:1s with various team members that I would work with. I received an email the next day indicating they would be moving forward to offer.

Each interview has a main topic that the interviewer is expected to cover, i.e. corporate values fit, technical proficiency, how you work with others, how you respond to stressful situations. You should definitely ask the recruiter which topics will be discussed in each interview so you can anticipate the questions and prepare examples.
