Affirm Security interview questions

Applied online and didn't hear back for more than a month. I then received an email from the recruiter for a phone screen. During the call the recruiter said that my experiences matched what the hiring manager was looking for and a phone interview will be scheduled. After waiting for weeks, I never heard anything from the recruiter. If I am not a good fit, that is fine and a simple email will be sufficient. But having the recruiter dropped all communications is rude.
