This company is quite strange. As an experienced developer, I applied for both Intermediate and Senior Developer roles that they have been reposting every single month, but I consistently received an automatic rejection email. Then, I applied for a Support Engineer position, despite lacking any prior "support" experience. I received an initial call, during which they informed me that I didn't have the necessary technical support experience. They suggested that I apply for Software Engineer roles instead, mentioning that they have many available. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of time.
