The interview process was broken into three parts. The first was a one-on-one interview where I found out about the company and was asked questions based on my work experience. The second part, I sat with a Patient Care Representative and listened to them take a few calls to get an idea of what will be taken place. The last part of the interview was another one-on-one session where I was asked about my ethical thinking and characteristics.
