I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Affordable Dentures & Implants (Chester, VA) in Jul 2019
Interview
I was given a working interview for a week while I received training from entire staff. I enjoyed the atmosphere and had a full week of training and mentorship. The extended time allowed me to get a feel for environment, work flow, office pace and expectations. The staff was helpful. Constructive criticism was offered as well as encouragement. There was no written evaluation. I was placed in several positions within the office to see what my skill sets were and then given time where I was needed. I was allowed enough time to practice, make mistakes, correct them and learn from them. I really enjoyed the entire experience.

I was recommended by a friend of mine, so I sent my resume over. I got a reply the next day and we were quick to set up a working interview to see if I'd be a good fit for the team and to see if I'd like the office. Everyone was extremely welcoming and while it was an interview, I did not feel overwhelmed or scared. I was checked in on multiple times throughout the day just to make sure I was doing okay and I had an overall wonderful experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Affordable Dentures & Implants (Mobile, AL) in Aug 2024

User friendly and relaxed. The interview process here is over teams, you meet with your potential doctor and a general manager. Would recommend wearing scrubs or business casual for the virtual interview.
