The interview process went very well. I had a few of phone interviews, one in-person interview, a zoom interview, and one power point presentation that I had to do before being offered the position. Overall, it took about 3-4 weeks before getting the offer, but it was definitely worth the wait. I put on this review that the interview process was at a "difficult" level only because it did take a long time to get the offer and there were numerous interviews/communications in between the 3-4 weeks' time that I had to do with people at the company. Some interviewees may not like that it takes that long but it didn't bother me because I knew they were taking the time to consider me in this position because they care about building a team and hiring the right person. Everyone that I spoke to during the interview process was very nice and explained the process in depth. They were very translucent and honest, which I found exciting. The vetting process was lengthy, and I had to do more than the average interview to prove that I was qualified and wanted the position but that means that Affordable Care doesn't just hire a "warm body". They really care about who is working for their company and this shows during the interview process.
