I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Aflac in Jul 2011
Interview
The interview started about 20 minutes late. The person the group was supposed to interview with was not there so another manager had to take his place. The first 15 minutes of the interview was a video trying to sell the idea of working as a sales person for AFLAC. The other 10+ minutes of it consisted of the manager explaining the process and answering questions.
The first interview was more of a general info session that lasts about 50 minutes or so. Still waiting for the second interview, but people there were friendly and nice overall
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Aflac (Silver Spring, MD) in May 2018
Interview
The process was quick and brief. A 1:1 interview and a follow up email. Just make sure you know the info on your resume and why you are different from other candidates. Simple and to the point.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aflac (Fairfax, VA) in Apr 2017
Interview
I applied through my university's career website and then received a phone call to set up an in-person interview in their Fairfax, VA office. The interview was extremely easy, I was asked to talk about myself and then was given information about the internship and was given an offer on the spot.
